• Only registered delegates will be allowed to present the poster at the symposium.
• A registered delegate can present only one poster.
• Abstracts in the conference theme will only be accepted.
• Review papers are not accepted for presentation.
• Abstracts will be evaluated and subjected to editorial corrections on acceptance.
• The last date for receipt of the abstracts is 15-07-2025.
• Abstracts received after the last date will not be printed in the souvenir.
• Poster abstracts should be submitted via online (https://symposium.cftri.res.in/)
• Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to the e-mail ID of the registered delegate.
• The date, schedule of the presentation, and abstract number can be found in the printed souvenir/registration area of the conference/Website.

Abstract Format

• The abstract should be composed using the online submission portal.
• Please use Times New Roman font: 14 pt bold for the title, 12 pt bold for the presenting author, and 10 pt normal for the rest of the text.
• Affiliation of the authors should be identified by a numbered (1,2,3…) superscript, and the corresponding author should be additionally identified by an asterisk (*).
• The text of the abstract should not exceed 200 words, excluding title and author affiliations.
• Abstract should include Objectives, Methods, Results & Discussion.
• Biological names of organisms and colloquial names should be italicized.
• References need not be included in the text. A model abstract is provided below.
• Adding special characters, symbols, and mathematical formulas in the title or abstract may be done using the submission portal.
• Poster size should be 4 feet x 3 feet (W x H)
